Kizzie Brown, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Brown has over 15 years experience in Real Estate and Finance, spanning both corporate investment banking and financial management. As the Chief Financial Officer of Bundy Development Corp, she is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. Ms. Brown' expertise is in real estate financial modeling, performing financial due diligence, and analyzing real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Ms. Brown began her career on Wall Street at Morgan Stanley, Inc. where she helped to raise capital for global companies in the fixed income market. Ms. Brown continued her investment banking career at Alex Brown & Sons, Inc. and its successor, Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. where she provided financial advice and structuring and executing capital raises for public and private real estate investment trusts. Ms. Brown has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from Howard University.

Doryan L. Winkelman, Vice President of Operations, BDC Construction

Mr. Winkelman has been active in the real estate and construction industry as an executive, owner and architect for over thirty years. Prior to his role as Vice President of Operations of BDC Construction, Mr. Winkelman led the acquisition and development departments of two private, regional developer/builder companies, leading each to threefold revenue growth and places among the Washington Business Journal's Top Ten Residential Developers list. He also led the acquisitions and development department of the Virginia Division of a national Top 3 publicly traded homebuilder. Mr. Winkelman holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School and the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Mr. Winkelman is a licensed general contractor, licensed real estate broker, registered architect and LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C).

Christina Halvorsen, Project Manager

Ms. Halvorsen is an accomplished construction management professional with over 11 years experience in project management, as well as a classically trained architect. She has experience in all aspects of project management including but not limited to master / facility planning, programming for both new construction and renovation of real property, meeting functional space requirements through specific building standards, scheduling, procurement, and budgeting. Prior to joining Bundy Development, Ms. Halvorsen was the Project Construction Manager at the Architectural Design Group in Alexandria, Virginia where she was the on-site project manager for projects totaling over $100 million. Previously, Ms. Halvorsen held Project / Construction Manager roles at both Bonar Engineering and Construction and Notari Associates. She holds a Bachelors of Architecture form New York Institute of Technology College of Architecture & Design, an Associates in Applied Science, Construction Technology from Suffolk Community College, and a Bachelors of Political Science from State University of New York at Cortland.
