District of Columbia - Construction Management IDIQ
BDCC was awarded a construction management contract with the District of Columbia’s Department of Real Estate Services. The contract is structured as an ongoing IDIQ for up to 5 years and up to $15 million.
Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) - Current
Our team is the General Contractor responsible for overseeing the construction for the interior build-out of 320,000SF of Class A office space at Constitution Center. The project incorporates an entry plaza, office space spanning floors 2-10, and a below grade P-1 service area. This project is intending to achieve LEED gold status, along with a minimum of 20% minority business participation. This project is structured as a joint venture.
District of Columbia – Homeless Shelter Renovations - Current
BDCC is providing Construction Management services for the renovations and modifications, ADA compliance, roof replacement, hazardous material testing, and fire alarm extensions and upgrades to multiple homeless shelters throughout the District.
District of Columbia Public Schools Renovation
BDCC completed a $3.2 million renovation project for the District of Columbia Public Schools. In this project, BDC managed the renovations and repairs for two D.C. Public schools- Roosevelt High and Rabaut Middle. BDCC acted as General Contractor, and teamed with DAVIS Construction on this project for certain aspects. The project was completed on an expedited schedule and delivered on time and within the budget.
City Vista - New Construction
BDCC provided construction & project management services for this $220 million construction project. This mixed use development anchors the revitalization of Washington D.C.’s Mount Vernon Triangle. BDCC was a key member of the Construction Management leadership team for City Vista & serves as advisor on the condominium construction aspects for the projects. Bundy Development was a co developer for the entire project.
Sixth Street Flats - New Construction
BDCC developed and managed the construction for this design/build project, a 40,000 SF residential condominium building in the District's historic Chinatown area, with a total project cost of $9.6 million. The 6th Street Flats were delivered on time and under budget.
