CityVista provides ideal urban living that is convenient to transportation, shopping, dining and employment. This $220,000,000, mixed-use development played a key role in revitalizing Mount Vernon Triangle, which is now one of downtown Washington’s most exciting residential neighborhoods.
Bundy Development Corporation (BDC) was a co-developer of CityVista along with Lowe Enterprises; BDC was also an equity member of the development team, which included CIM Group and the Neighborhood Development Company.
CityVista was made up of more than 685 new homes, including condominiums and rentals; a 55,000 square foot urban lifestyle Safeway; a 1-acre private park; a 30,000 square foot fitness center; parking and a mix of restaurants and other retailers. CityVista was completed in 2007.
