Project Description

BDC is a preferred developer of the District Department of Housing and Community Development’s (DHCD) Neighborhood Stabilization program. This program exists to ensure that some of the DC neighborhoods hit hardest by the recession are infused with resources to stabilize once again.   Part and parcel of this strategy is in ensuring distressed properties owned by the government are renovated and sold as affordable housing.

In 2015, BDC will be renovating housing in the Historic Anacostia and Trinidad neighborhoods of Washington D.C.
